Luxury Newcastle themed candle, long-burning and filled with delicious scents, our hand-poured luxury candles are created in the heart of beautiful Northumberland.

In a choice of clean and natural luxury scents, our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax and feature our new landmark themed ceramic holder. Featuring our Newcastle skyline including iconic landmarks such as The Angel of the North, The Tyne Bridge and Sage Gateshead.

Black Pomegranate scent – Featuring sophisticated notes of the famous Black Pomegranate scent that candle lovers know so well, this candle is luxuriously refreshing. Deeper notes of spice and musk create a longer-lasting, sensual aroma to fill your home.

Care instructions:

Always burn candles away from draughts and anything flammable. Do not burn for longer than four hours at a time. The ceramic holder may become hot when the candle is burning, do not pick up when the candle is burning and keep away from children.

We will aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you place your order before 3pm, Monday to Friday it will be despatched on the same day. All of our standard delivery options are fully tracked to make sure your products get to you. You may also purchase next day tracked delivery should you require your item urgently. For next working day delivery you will need to place your order before 3pm (Monday-Friday) to ensure it gets to you in time. Below you will find our shipping tariffs:

Our made to order products are especially made for you. So please make sure you factor in at least 3 working days for production, after which your order will be despatched directly to you from our manufacturers.

Returns

General Returns policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we have inspected the item, we’ll refund the price you paid, back to your original payment method.

Your returned item must have its original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

All returns must be made by the original customer.

We do our best to accept all returns, however, should an item be in an unsuitable condition for resale, we may have to send it back to you.

Every product we send to our valued customers is carefully quality checked. However, should you receive a faulty or damaged item we will provide you with a full refund minus postage costs. In order to be eligible for your refund, we will need to be provided with photographic evidence of the damage and we will require you to post the item back to us.

Made to Order Returns policy

As our made to order products are made especially for you these products are non refundable. Should your product be faulty please return it to us and we will investigate the damage. 

SHIPPING RETURNS

You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please post all returns to the following address below:
