All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, and all items that are eligible for a refund must have an original receipt or proof of purchase.

All refunds will be issued to the original customer. It normally takes around 14 days for us to receive and refund your parcel – we’ll drop you an email once we’ve received it. Depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.
Please note that as part of our product offer we do have a range of print on demand products. These products are made for each customer individually and they have a different returns policy to our general returns and and refund policy. At the time of placing your order please check all details such as address and product details. If there are any errors upon ordering we do not offer a returns or refund policy for these items as they are made to order.
If the recipient’s address is incorrect, then the delivery service will usually send the package back to the return address (which will be one of our print on demand print labs).
If the package is returned to our print on demand company, then they will contact us and clarify the recipient’s address before reshipping at your cost. However, packages are not always returned.
